Two Ways We Work
I am a federal or energy employee seeking care
We provide diagnostic evaluation, psychotherapy, and psychological testing for accepted work-related psychological conditions, including psychological conditions that developed as a consequence of a physical injury or illness. We handle the reporting OWCP expects from a treating provider.

We accept referrals for treatment and, in separate cases, provide independent psychological evaluation and expert opinion. Under FECA, a licensed clinical psychologist is a physician for psychological conditions, so our opinions on causation and work capacity stand without countersignature.
Referral informationHow We Keep the Roles Separate
We do not serve as both the treating provider and the evaluating expert in the same case. If we are treating you, we will not perform an independent or second opinion examination in your matter, and the reverse is equally true. We run a conflict check before scheduling anything.
Before We Begin
We verify eligibility and authorization before services begin. Enrollment as an OWCP provider does not guarantee that any particular service will be authorized or paid.
