Refer your client or patient for diagnostic evaluation, psychotherapy, psychological testing, and treating-provider services.
Evaluation Retention
Retain us for independent psychological evaluation, causation analysis, work capacity opinion, record review, or rebuttal report.
Treatment Referral: What to Send
- OWCP claim number
- Program (DFEC, DEEOIC, or DCMWC)
- Acceptance letter, showing the accepted condition or conditions
- Referring provider name and contact information
- Requested service (diagnostic evaluation, psychotherapy, psychological testing, etc.)
- Form CA-16, if issued (DFEC only)
Evaluation Retention: What to Send
- Statement of Accepted Facts or equivalent
- Specific questions posed
- Relevant medical and psychological records
- Deadline or required turnaround time

For treatment referrals, we confirm the client's eligibility and the specific services that can be authorized. For evaluation retentions, we discuss the referral question, timeline, and scope before accepting the matter.
